The sophisticated Continuously Controlled Damping (CCD) system monitors suspension, body, steering and braking inputs every 2 milliseconds to adjust damping responses for outstanding driving dynamics, while the electronic limited-slip differential (eLSD) further enhances cornering and stability.

Ford Performance engineers fine-tuned the positioning of the Recaro front seats to complement the in-control feel for the driver. Selectable Drive Modes technology features in the Focus ST for the first time, enabling drivers to adjust the vehicle’s character to suit the driving scenario, with a dedicated “Sport” button on the flat-bottomed steering wheel providing direct access to Sport mode.
